Fasque & Glendye Estates have a large portfolio of housing available for residential tenants. The Fasque side offers access to the village community of Fettercairn, which has a general store, post office, distillery and pub, the Ramsay Arms; whilst Glendye offers the picturesque, rural environment that comes with being located on the Cairn o’Mount.
The portfolio encompasses anything from large, traditional, rural farmhouses and smaller farm cottages to a modern, newly developed steading conversion at Bridge of Dye which offers a luxurious, architect-designed, contemporary environment in a countryside setting overlooking the River Dye. Bridge of Dye Steading, which incorporates five residential units and one commercial, was designed by award-winning Nord Architecture.

A varied and interesting range of farm enterprises undertaken by the estate tenants includes, on the Fasque side, organic gluten-free oats, pedigree Suffolk sheep farming and chickens; and on the Glendye side, pedigree Highland cattle, extensive sheep flocks and beef herds.
A range of property on Fasque & Glendye Estates is let for commercial enterprises to a variety of businesses, including a timber contractor. To make enquiries, please contact the Estate Office.
