It's a delight to discover how much there is to do in the wild parts of Kincardineshire and Aberdeenshire. Fasque & Glendye Estates offer opportunities for walking, running, camping in the wild, fishing, cycling, riding and orienteering. The estates follow the Scottish Outdoor Access Code, which is all about enjoying Scotland's great outdoors responsibly.

Cycling around the Fasque & Glendye Estates brings many rewards: beautiful, remote countryside, sightings of indigenous wildlife, a rare opportunity for total peace and escape. As with riding, it is possible to cycle wherever you want over the estates, whilst observing the Scottish Outdoor Access Code and avoiding farm animals, people on horseback, walkers, wildlife and, of course, boggy ground. There’s a route for everyone, from challenging, mountainous terrain for the ultra-fit to gentle, wide paths for the more leisurely. The Estate Office can recommend bike hire centres in Banchory and Ballater, and routes.
